How can I place my order?

You can order via our online store, by email or fax.

Do I have to register or log in to order?

No, you can send the order online as a guest.

Can I share my cable assembly with others?

By using the share symbols in the configurator and in the shopping cart, you can copy your cable assembly as a link to the clipboard or send it by e-mail.

My desired article cannot be ordered via the store. How do I have to proceed?

Is a labeling of the cable assembly possible?

Yes, you can add an individual label in the configurator under the "Label" option.

What payment methods are available?

What are the delivery times for assembled cables?

We offer different production and shipping times for our cable assemblies.

How can I cancel my order?

You can find our cancellation conditions in our terms and conditions. Custom-made assemblies cannot be canceled.
If you wish to cancel during the ongoing production process, please contact our customer service at info@koax24.de.

I have not yet received my package! Where is my order?

In our order confirmation we will indicate the expected shipping date. If your order has been shipped, you can track the status of your order at any time using the tracking number provided by us.

I received a faulty article, what do I do?

For complaints or objections of any kind, please contact our customer service in writing (support@arnotec.de).

I did not receive an invoice with the delivery. Will I still receive an invoice?

The invoice will be sent by mail on the day of shipment. It is also possible to send the invoice by e-mail. You can specify an e-mail adress in the order process.
