The shipping costs depend on the place of delivery, weight and delivery time.

Please note: The table below is only valid up to a maximum package weight of 32kg.
For deliveries that are divided into several packages, the shipping costs may differ.

Express delivery

For urgent orders we offer the option of express delivery under "Type of delivery". You can find more information and the costs in the table below.

Insurance

Please note that your order via UPS is only insured up to a gross value of 510€. Should you require additional insurance, a flat rate of 1.00% of the net order value will be charged.

 

No pick-up of goods possible

Please note that it is not possible to collect your order personally.

We ship with UPS as standard. Delivery from Monday to Friday. Delivery to Access Points is also possible.

Reshipment due to incorrect delivery address

Please make sure that the shipping address is unique and that your order is not undeliverable due to missing or incorrect information.
If a new shipment has to be made due to an incorrect delivery address, we will charge a flat rate of 20 euros for the change of documents + renewed shipping costs.
